My issue was with UPS, they took a week to deliver after it was picked up, NO fault to Refrigerants Center, inc, UPS depot didnt place item on delivery truck and it sat at depot. when it finally arrived, seems there was 2 route labels on the box and confusing the driver where it actually should be delivered, until he looked at the actual delivery address
