I bought the insurance, but this is the first time I have done so. Refrigerants Center has ALWAYS had refrigerant in my hand by the next day, and I trust FedEx to deliver when they say they will, so I'm not sure if the shipping insurance is really a good value. That being said, refrigerant is expensive if you're buying a significant quantity. Either way, Alex is awesome and I never buy refrigerant anywhere else!
