Return Policy
We want to make the return process clear and straightforward. Please review the policy below before requesting a return.
Return Window
Returns may be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Authorization Required
Customers must contact us first to obtain a return authorization before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- unopened
- unused
- in the original box
- with the factory seal fully intact
Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Non-Returnable Hazmat Shipments
Products shipped by UPS, FedEx, or Ground as hazardous materials are not eligible for return, unless the customer is properly licensed and able to ship hazardous materials back in compliance with all carrier and regulatory requirements.
Damaged Items
If a product arrives damaged, customers must contact us promptly and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label for review.
We will inspect the information provided and determine the next steps based on the condition of the shipment and the nature of the damage.
Carrier Damage Claims
If a shipment is damaged in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier. Once the carrier completes its review and responds, we will update the customer with the outcome.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will contact the carrier to begin an investigation. If the issue is confirmed and resolved appropriately by the carrier, a replacement shipment will be sent when applicable.
Return Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to:
- a 30% restocking fee
- original shipping charges
- return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise approved in writing.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed minus the 30% restocking fee, shipping charges, and any other applicable costs.
Important Notes
We reserve the right to deny any return that:
- is opened or used
- is missing the factory seal
- is returned without authorization
- cannot be legally or safely returned due to hazardous materials shipping requirements
