A valid business name and address, a primary contact, and — if you’re buying EPA-regulated refrigerants — a current EPA Section 608 certification. Resale or tax-exempt certificates are optional but recommended if you qualify.
Yes — the minimum order is 5 cylinders. There’s no minimum to open the account itself, but every wholesale order starts at 5 cylinders. Full-pallet orders (typically 40 cylinders on most SKUs) unlock the deepest pricing and ship LTL freight free.
Most accounts are approved within one business day. Accounts requesting larger credit lines may take two to three business days while we run terms.
Yes. We ship LTL freight from Arlington, TX to all 48 contiguous states. Same-day shipping on most stocked SKUs ordered by 2pm CT.
Yes. Approved accounts can choose Net 15 or Net 30 terms based on credit review. New accounts typically start prepaid for the first one to three orders, then move to terms once history is established. Card payments are accepted at any time.
