What documents do I need to apply?
Have your business name, shipping address, contact details and a copy of your resale or EPA certification ready. The application requests a document upload. Additional exemption or eligibility documents may be requested during review.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes ā the minimum order is 5 cylinders. Thereās no minimum to open the account itself, but every wholesale order starts at 5 cylinders. Full-pallet quantities vary by SKU. Ask for a delivered quote for your refrigerant, quantity and delivery ZIP.
How fast will I be approved?
Our team reviews your application and contacts you about the result or any additional documents needed. Approval timing depends on account review; credit terms are reviewed separately.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship LTL freight from Arlington, TX to all 48 contiguous states. Qualifying orders placed before 3pm CT for parcel or noon CT for freight qualify for same-business-day processing. Orders remain subject to stock, payment verification and shipping eligibility.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Approved accounts can choose Net 15 or Net 30 terms based on credit review. New accounts typically start prepaid for the first one to three orders, then move to terms once history is established. Card payments are accepted at any time.
Do I have to be EPA-certified to buy?
Some refrigerants are EPA-regulated and require valid Section 608 certification. Others (like R-1234yf for automotive or tax-exempt blends) follow different rules. We verify eligibility during onboarding so you only see what you can legally purchase.
Do you offer recovery cylinder returns or core programs?
Weāre building a recovery and core program for select SKUs. Ask your rep for current options once your account is active.
How do I get a quote on a pallet or truckload?
