Who can buy wholesale refrigerant?
Businesses. Refrigerants Center sells to HVAC and refrigeration contractors, facilities and property management groups, food processing and cold chain operators, automotive and fleet shops, schools, utilities and government agencies, and distributors buying for resale. An EPA Section 608 certification or a resale certificate is accepted. You do not need to provide a license number to receive pricing — certification is verified where required before shipment.
How many cylinders are on a pallet of refrigerant?
A full pallet is 40 cylinders and a half pallet is 20. Pricing improves at the full-pallet break and again at multi-pallet and truckload volume. Common configurations are R-410A in 25 lb cylinders, R-404A in 24 lb, and R-134a in 30 lb.
How fast does a bulk refrigerant order ship?
In-stock orders placed before 2pm CT dispatch the same business day from the Arlington, Texas warehouse. Small orders ship parcel ground; pallets and truckloads move on national LTL carriers with hazmat-certified handling. You receive a delivered ETA to your ZIP code alongside your pricing rather than a range, plus tracking and delivery confirmation on every order.
Can we order refrigerant on a purchase order with net terms?
Yes. Approved business accounts order on PO with net terms, and invoices go to your accounts payable contact rather than a technician inbox. Your quote request doubles as a terms review, so there is no separate credit application. W-9 and vendor onboarding forms are available on request.
Do you accept tax-exempt purchases?
Yes. Send your exemption certificate with your first order and it is applied to your account going forward. Schools, government agencies, and resale buyers purchase this way regularly.

Shipping is free nationwide. Cylinders ship in DOT-compliant hazmat packaging. Appointment delivery, liftgate service, and no-dock delivery are quoted up front rather than added to the invoice later. Local delivery and will-call pickup are available across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Which refrigerants does Refrigerants Center stock?
R-410A, R-454B, R-32, R-22 and its replacements, R-407C, R-407A, R-404A, R-448A, R-452A, and R-134a. All product is AHRI-certified and factory-sealed. Availability shifts as AIM Act production quotas tighten, so current stock is confirmed on your quote.
