I've ordered from them twice. First order I recieved the wrong type (410 instead of 134). Second order was at least correct type but it was the wrong valve size (ordered 1/2" acme but received (1/4"). Just make sure you check your order as soon as you get it.

I bought the insurance, but this is the first time I have done so. Refrigerants Center has ALWAYS had refrigerant in my hand by the next day, and I trust FedEx to deliver when they say they will, so I'm not sure if the shipping insurance is really a good value. That being said, refrigerant is expensive if you're buying a significant quantity. Either way, Alex is awesome and I never buy refrigerant anywhere else!
