It depends on destination and carrier: nearby (Texas and surrounding states) is often about 1 business day, farther destinations typically 2, and long freight routes to the far coasts can run 5–6 business days. These are estimated transit times, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Smaller orders generally ship UPS Ground; larger orders (roughly 5+ cylinders) and pallets move via LTL freight. Freight is the right fit for bulk and keeps hazmat handling compliant.

Full-pallet orders ship with free LTL freight to the contiguous 48 states for approved wholesale accounts.

We're set up for business delivery. Freight to a residence can add limitations and fees, so a commercial or business address is strongly preferred. Contact us if a business address isn't available and we'll advise on options.

All refrigerants ship as regulated hazmat under DOT and EPA rules, packaged and documented accordingly. Single cylinders on ground service may carry a hazmat handling fee; palletized freight is generally the more economical way to move volume.

Some refrigerants require a valid EPA Section 608 certification on file before we can process the order. Requirements are noted on the relevant product pages. Having your certification ready avoids processing delays.

Yes. Product ships factory-sealed with documentation suitable for your compliance records. If anything about a shipment looks off, contact us right away.

Refrigerants are regulated hazmat, and shipping them requires trained, certified handling and proper packaging. For safety and compliance, we can't accept customer returns of refrigerant products. If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or with items missing, don't try to ship anything back — contact us right away at support@refrigerantscenter.com and we'll make it right.
