Who covers shipping?
We provide prepaid UPS / FedEx labels for qualifying small shipments. For pallet quantities, we schedule and cover freight pickup. Shipping terms are confirmed with your quote.
How do I get paid?
We pay via ACH direct deposit or check within 3–5 business days after your shipment arrives and passes inspection. ACH is fastest — we recommend it for quicker access to funds.
Can I apply my buyback credit toward new refrigerant purchases?
Yes. If you have an active account with us, you can apply your buyback value as a credit toward future refrigerant orders. Ask about net terms when you submit your quote request.
Do I need an EPA certification to sell refrigerant?
Yes. EPA Section 608 certification or a valid resale license is required for all buyback transactions. We'll ask for your cert number on the quote form and a copy via email.
Are there any refrigerants you won't buy?
