Does not fit, do not buy it, and even you cannot return it

The product i received was not fitting at all, i requested a return, and i was told that returns were subjected to a 30% restocking fee and $18 shipping fee. And, even the charger was out of the plastic bag that was sealed at home, and i was told that i could not return it. In the first place, the package was a simple plastic bag sealed at home using candles, and secondly, how could i try whether the charger was fitting my car or not unless i took it out from the plastic bag and tried? It is totally wasting time and money buying from this retailer as the product does not look like an original. You can buy the same thing from other reliable retailers who can treat you very well, and have customer service mentality than collecting money. It was my first time to buy from this retailer, and will be the last one including those friends around me. I will never and ever recommend this retailer to anyone why not a free item.
Look the plastic bag without any label or markings; definitely sealed at home using a candle. I am not allowed to return the item as it was out of this home sealed plastic bag, and for other items, i have to pay $18 and 30% restocking fee as well. Therefore, i preferred to trash the item rather than getting 30-40% back.
